INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION
If Visitors require an official invitation letter to support your entry visa application, please apply online to our Official Travel Agent, ‘Burnaby-Solutions Guangzhou’ directly on or before Oct 31.
IMPORTANT!
- Overseas Visitors are advised to contact your local Chinese Embassy / Consulate General to check the latest entry policies and visa application procedures before visiting China, and ensure the Embassy / Consulate General concerned can accept your visa application. Visitors can also receive related information from ‘National Immigration Administration’ on its official WeChat platform or official website https://en.nia.gov.cn.
- Visitors who require an entry visa to visit China are advised to submit visa application at least a month before your planned trip to China. You can apply to the Chinese Embassy or relevant Consulate General in your resident country in person or by entrusting a travel / visa agency to do so. If you require an official invitation letter from our Official Travel Agent, please submit your appplication online to ‘Burnaby-Solutions’ directly.
- Countries that are exempt from visa upon entering China as of June 2024: France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Thailand, Singapore, Maldives, United Arab Emirates and Australia.
- ‘Official Visa Invitation Letter’ issued by ‘Burnaby-Solutions’ can be used to apply for Business Visa only.
- All applications should be submitted online to ‘Burnaby-Solutions’ along with associated full payment.
- Once approved, ‘Burnaby-Solutions’ will send you the invitation letter by email. Please bring along the invitation letter together with your passport and other related documents to your nearby Chinese Embassy or relevant Consulate General to apply for visa.
- If original copy of the invitation letter is required, applicant has to bear the costs involved for international courier service.
- The Chinese Embassy or Consulate General concerned may impose additional charge for their paperwork. Due to the uncertainty of country’s entry policy, the Embassy may require other additional information.
- All applicants’ passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of travel to enter China or any other destination.
