Terms and Conditions

1. The Organizer
This "30^th Anniversary Lucky Draw" is organized by NEW EXPOSTAR (SZ) CO., LIMITED, the Organizer of the SFCHINA and CHINACOAT series of exhibition (Hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Eligibility and Promotion Period

2.1 Event Period
This event runs from the first day the Visitor Registration opens until 23:59 (Beijing Time) on September 30, 2026, based on the Organizer's system records.

2.2 Eligibility
The lucky draw is open only to trade visitors who successfully complete the official pre-registration for SFCHINA2026 or CHINACOAT2026 on or before 23:59 (Beijing Time) on September 30, 2026. Each visitor is eligible to enter the lucky draw once only. The same mobile number, ID Card number, or email address shall be deemed to be identified as the same participant. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.

3. Prizes and Odds

3.1 Prize List

Note 1: The above constitutes the complete list of prizes and quantities; Prize images are for reference only, the actual items shall prevail.

Note 2: Should there be any subsequent changes to the prizes, the Organizer will publish the updated complete prize list on the Official WeChat account, Official Facebook Page and Official Website prior to the lucky draw.

3.2 Probability of Winning
The probability of winning will be determined based on the final number of qualified participants. The final winning probabilities for each prize category will be announced on the exhibition's Official WeChat account and Official Website on October 12, 2026 (1 day prior to the lucky draw). The maximum quantity of prizes for each tier is specified in the table above.

4. Lucky Draw Method and Process

4.1 Lucky Draw Time and Method
The results will be generated on October 13, 2026, using a computerised random selection system.

4.2 Fairness Guarantees
   •   The entire lucky draw process will be recorded and the recordings will be retained for verification purposes;
   •   The lucky draw software will be tested and verified by the Organizer prior to the draw;
   •   Following the draw, the results will be jointly signed and confirmed by the Organizer and witnesses to prevent any tampering.

4.3 Announcement of Winners
The list of winners of the lucky draw process will be published within three (3) working days following the draw via the following channels:
   •   The Exhibition's Official WeChat Account
   •   The Exhibition's Official Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/SFChinaShow/)
   •   The Exhibition's Official Website (https://www.sfchina.net/)

5. Winner Notification

5.1 Notification Method
The Organizer will send notifications to the winners within fourteen (14) days following the lucky draw via the telephone number and email address provided by the winners during pre-registration.

5.2 Notification Contents
The winning notification will include:
   •   The prize tier and name of the awarded prize;
   •   Time, venue, required identification documents for prize collection, and prize collection deadline (Applicable to Grand Prize to 5^th Prize Only);
   •   Reply slip for confirmation of attendance for onsite prize collection (Applicable to Grand Prize to 5^th Prize Only).
   •   Conditions, required identification documents and time for prize collection (Applicable to 6^th Prize Only)

5.3 Responsibility for Contact Information
Participants must ensure the contact information provided during pre-registration is authentic, accurate, and valid. In the event that the Organizer is unable to contact a prize winner due to incorrect, outdated, or incomplete contact details, or due to communication difficulties, the winner shall be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited the prize, and the Organizer shall bear no liability in connection therewith.

6. Prize Collection Procedures and Handling of Forfeited Prizes

6.1 In-Person Attendance to the Exhibition (Key Clause)
[Grand Prize to Fifth Prize] All prize winners must personally attend the 30^th Anniversary Celebration Reception on the First Day of the Exhibition (November 11, 2026) to collect their prizes (Time and Location will be notified later). Winners are required to present the original copy of their valid China Resident ID Card or Passport matching the pre-registration information for identity verification at the reception counter thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the reception. A copy/recording of such identification shall be retained by the Organizer for record-keeping purposes.

[Sixth Prize] All prize winners must visit the exhibition during the event period. The opening hours of the exhibition will be 09:00 – 17:00 on Day 1 - 2 (11 – 12 November 2026) and 09:00 – 14:00 on Day 3 (13 November 2026). Winners are required to present the original copy of their valid China Resident ID Card or Passport matching the pre-registration information during admission for identity verification. Winners' admission records will be retained by the Organizer. The Organizer will send the electronic gift cards to qualified winners through their registered email address within 2 weeks (14 days) after the exhibition.

6.2 Individual Income Tax
Pursuant to the Individual Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, prize winners are solely responsible for the individual income tax (categorised as "incidental income" taxed at a rate of 20.00%) arising from their winnings. The Organizer reserves the right to withhold and remit such taxes in accordance with the applicable laws.

6.3 Forfeiture of Prize
A winner shall be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited the prize (Forfeiture) under any of the following circumstances:

   •   Failure to arrive at the prize collection venue and complete identity verification by the designated deadline;
   •   Inability to present the original valid identity document, or a discrepancy between the document details and the pre-registration information; or
   •   Express indication of unwillingness to accept the prize.

[Sixth Prize]
   •   Failure to visit the exhibition in person during its opening hours;
   •   Inability to present the original valid identity document, or a discrepancy between the document details and the pre-registration information; or
   •   Express indication of unwillingness to accept the prize.

6.4 Supplementary Draw
[Grand Prize to Fifth Prize] In respect of prize vacancies arising from forfeiture, the Organizer will conduct an on-site supplementary draw on 11 November 2026 during the 30^th Anniversary Celebration Reception (Time and location to be announced separately). The supplementary draw will be conducted using a computerized draw system, selecting from the pool of all originally valid pre-registered visitors by 30 September 2026 (excluding those who have already won a prize and those who have forfeited). The supplementary draw will be conducted publicly in the presence of attending visitors.

[Sixth Prize] No supplementary draw will be arranged for any forfeited prizes regardless of the circumstances. The forfeited prizes will be retrieved and handled by the Organizer, or used for similar promotional purposes in the future.

6.5 Supplementary Winner Prize Collection [Applicable to Grand Prize to Fifth Prize Only]
Notification and prize collection procedures for supplementary winners will be announced separately on the official WeChat, official Facebook Page, and the official Website. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period shall be deemed forfeiture, and such prize shall not be subject to further supplementary draws. The forfeited prizes will be retrieved and handled by the Organizer, or used for similar promotional purposes in the future.

7. Prize Restrictions and Declarations

7.1 Non-Exchangeable Clause
All prizes are non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable / non-returnable. In the event of quality issues requiring replacement, return or exchange, winners shall contact the product manufacturer directly. The Organizer shall provide reasonable assistance in obtaining purchase receipts but shall not bear any additional compensation liability.

7.2 Prize Delivery
   •   Physical prizes shall be delivered onsite upon completion of identity verification;
   •   Electronic gift cards shall be sent via electronic code to the winner's pre-registered email address provided.

7.3 Prize Value Statement
The stated market value of the prizes are for reference purposes only. Winners shall not be deemed any price difference compensation or request a return or exchange based on any discrepancy between the actual value and the stated value of the prize.

7.4 Prizes and Availability
The Organizer reserves the final right, at its sole discretion, without further notice, to substitute or replace any prize (or any component thereof) with an alternative prize of equivalent or comparable retail value in the event the originally offered prize becomes unavailable, out of stock, or cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen supply chain disruptions or factors beyond the Organizer's reasonable control. The final prize list remains subject to stock availability, and the Organizer shall bear no liability for any discrepancies, modifications, or delays resulting from stock limitations.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
The Organizer shall strictly protect participants' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. Personal information shall be used solely for identity verification, winner notification, and prize delivery in connection with this lucky draw, and shall not be used for other purposes or provided to any third parties (except as otherwise required by laws and regulations).

9. Force Majeure and Disclaimer
Should the lucky draw be unable to proceed normally or is interrupted due to causes beyond the Organizer's reasonable control—such as force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemic control measures, etc.), network failures, or malicious system attacks—the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this event, and shall publish an announcement on the official WeChat account, official Facebook page and official Website.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any losses arising from participants' own circumstances, including but not limited to incorrect information submission, communication difficulties, or failure to review notifications timely.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law
These event terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the lucky draw, including but not limited to eligibility to participate, entitlement to prizes and prize delivery, the Organizer reserves the right to interpret these event rules to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Any such interpretation shall not contravene mandatory provisions of laws and regulations, nor shall it prejudice the legitimate rights and interests of participants.

Supplementary Provisions

1. These rules shall take effect from the date of publication.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to reasonably amend these Terms & Conditions in response to changes in laws and regulations or actual circumstances; Any amendments shall be announced on the official WeChat account, official Facebook page and official Website. If any amendments materially and adversely affect participants' rights and interests, the Organizer shall give prior notice.
3. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions and translated versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Compliance Notice: Pursuant to Article 13 of the Provisional Provisions on Regulating Promotional Activities, the Organizer shall truthful, accurate, and completely record details such as prize rules, public disclosures, prize redemption results, and information regarding prize winners, and shall properly retain such records for a period of 2 years for inspection and supervision by market regulation authorities.
