Notes on Visitor Pre-Registration

1.   According to relevant regulations, all Visitors must register under Real-Name Authentication system, bring their original and valid ID Cards / Travel Documents (e.g., Passports for foreign Visitors) for verification onsite and enter the Venue. Photocopies or screenshots are not accepted. Visitors who fail to do so will be refused to enter the Venue.

2.  The following Registration Fee applies (Visitors with valid ‘Invitation Code’ can register for Free). Visitors can settle the payment via Alipay / WeChat Pay / PayPal:

3.   Admission is restricted to industry’s trade professionals only. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.

4.   Visitors holding valid Visitor Pass can visit both SFCHINA and CHINACOAT exhibitions.

7.   Gentle Reminder: Visitors must possess a valid China mobile number to be able to register via WeChat.

Visitors’ Admission Rules

1.  According to relevant regulations, all Visitors must register under Real-Name Authentication system, bring their original and valid ID Cards / Travel Documents (e.g., Passports for foreign Visitors) for verification onsite and enter the Venue. Photocopies or screenshots are not accepted. Visitors who fail to do so will be refused to enter the Venue.

2.  Visitors from Overseas, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan Region have to present their original and valid travel documents onsite at the ‘Visitor Service Counters’ for identity verification, in order to have their E-Passes activated before entering the exhibition halls. Domestic China Visitors can enter the exhibition halls after having their identities verified and QR Code of their Passes scanned onsite.

3.   Visitor E-Passes are strictly personalized and non-transferable.

4.   Admission is restricted to industry’s trade professionals only. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.

5.   The Organizer reserves the final right to refuse registration or admission of any persons at its sole discretion.
