However, the hotels will accept reservations based on room availability and pricing policies. Room rates listed may be subject to change if the reservation form is submitted after Oct 10.

3. A valid credit card is required for all room reservations to obtain pre-authorization of charges. Any cancellations, modifications or outstanding balances are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the booking confirmation issued by the chosen Hotel. 4. Exhibitors must settle all room charges and other additional expenses (if any) directly with the chosen hotel or the Official Travel Agent.
