INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION

Visitors who need an entry visa to visit China are advised to submit visa application at least a month before your planned trip to China. You can apply to the Chinese Embassy or relevant Consulate General in person or by entrusting a travel / visa agency to do so. If you require an official invitation letter from our Official Travel Agent, ’Burnaby-Solutions Guangzhou’, please apply online on or before October 30, 2020.  After the deadline, 'Burnaby-Solutions' can refuse to accept the applications.

NOTES:

  • 'Official Visa Invitation Letter' issued by ‘Burnaby-Solutions' can be used to apply for Business Visa only.
  • Applicant should complete and return the Form to 'Burnaby-Solutions' directly along with associated payment.
  • Once approved, ‘Burnaby-Solutions’ will send you the invitation letter by email. Please bring along the invitation letter together with your passport and other related documents to your nearby Chinese Embassy or relevant Consulate General to apply for visa.
  • If original copy of the invitation letter is required, applicant has to bear the costs involved for international courier service.
  • The Chinese Embassy or Consulate General concerned may impose additional charge for their paperwork. Due to the epidemic outbreak and uncertainty of country’s entry policy, the Embassy may require other additional information.
  • All applicants’ passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date to enter China or any other destination.

If you have any queries about visa application, please contact directly with the Chinese Embassy, relevant Consulate General, and travel / visa agencies located in your country / region, or our Official Travel Agent:
